  Re: Frank's Wife's Name: The England & Wales Civil Registration index shows that Frank Philip HIGGINS was married in Devonport in Qrtr 2 of 1904, but it is not evident which of the two women married on that day (Ellen Blanche BENNETT -OR- Beatrice Alice PEARNE) was his spouse. However, he later appears on the 1911 England Census with a wife identified as "HELEN BLANCHE, so it it clear that he married Miss BENNETT. Further, a number of family photos show the HIGGINSes with BENNETT in-laws, centred around "Aunt Nell Bennett", who must therefore be Helen/Ellen. [2,3]
